it sounds like you have self esteem issues brought on by puberty and the idiots who seem to have so many unkind things to say to you. just because people tell you that you're unattractive doesn't mean it's true or that you have to believe it. they do it to everyone because they are insecure about themselves and if they chime in and pick on someone when she's feeling down they think they look cool. I've never seen you, but I'm sure you're not ugly. the only real ugly people are the ones who are ugly deep in their souls-- not the ones who aren't curvy or aren't thin or don't look like supermodels. also, don't call yourself dumb. if you give in and start calling yourself the names other people call you, you are just letting them win and you'll never get anywhere in life.

Just want to say - there are PLENTY of guys out there who aren't JUST into massively large breasts. Some guys like small ones more. Since I've never seen a pair (I'm only 15), I couldn't provide personal perspective, but I think many times it's more about the shape. Besides, you have a lot of time for them to grow out - many girls don't have ANY bust at that age, so you're fine.
Don't feel bad - the guys that tease you are probably lusting after you. If you have big, beautiful eyes, then thise will attract the kind of guy who would judge your beauty on more than just bust size. Those are the kind of guys you want.
Also, being blonde (and even absent-minded or accident-prone) doesn't mean that you're dumb. It just means that you're absent-minded and blonde.

you are not ugly. if you have big blue eyes and are very blond, you'll probably be a real knockout someday. many others before you have been teased and ridiculed and ended up very attractive and successful. just make sure you don't wear way too much makeup or get into really weird styles or something like that. don't be afraid to talk to your mom. she can help you. give her a chance. if not her, find someone to talk to about this. good luck

Forget them and go play. think of the story of the ugly duckling that turned into a beautiful swan.
you have a couple more years to mature,grow some boobs and Knock 'em dead.

hun the truth is people are immature and if you let them know what their doing is hurting you then their going to keep on doing it just ignore it they will grow up sooner or later just tell them to shut up if anything tell a teacher or some one to help you out with the problem and don't worry it happens to alot of people just don't let it get to you because that shows your stronger then they think

if they're talking about you, it's cause you're worth talking about.
But, that's a path to craziness as well. You're gonna hear stuff from "people" all your life. Concern yourself with figuring out which voices to listen to.
Mom is so ready to talk to you about this, she's gonna feel like super mom afterwards, give her a try.

You are still very young to say your boobs are small. you have another at least 8 years to mature your body.
Anyway, you do not need big breast to be a beautiful woman.

Don´t listen to people, they WANT to hurt your feelings, but don´t let them do so.
13 is difficult, and you´ll see that as you grow, you´ll get better and better, just be patience.

At 13 I wouldn't be to worried about. Everyone goes through their awkward phases around that age.
