Matt W wins, IMO. Kaliber isn't bad for non-alcoholic beer, but it's not a great beer. Buckler isn't half bad either. The rest pale by comparison.

I made a non-alcoholic beer and had my BJCP friends taste test it. They all noticed it right off the bat. I can make a low-alcohol (2%) and it'll slip by them but you can always spot a no-alcohol beer.

Why drink non-alcoholic beer? Certainly not for the taste...

A great alternative to being in a social situation is to ask for a ginger-ale on the rocks with a lime wedge. If anyone asks, it's a 7&7.

There is one great NA beer: Kaliber! I believe it is made by the Heinekin brewery. It tastes like a good quality European lager, without the hangover. I've been in the bar business for more than 15 years and Kaliber is THE choice for non-alcoholic beers.

No, they all taste like watered down pee.
Non-alcoholic beer, decaffinated coffee, what's the use?!?

No. It's my experience that they all taste like flat watered-down beer.
