you need a dry rub first. add the following items in equal amounts. Brown Sugar, Adobe Seasoning, Ground Pepper, Seasoning Salt, Garlic Powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Rub it on the ribs and then bake it at 250 degrees for a couple of hours in a deep baking dish. Sit the ribs on a cooling rack in the pan and add a couple of cans of beer and bake it.
For the BBQ sauce take 1 cup of applesauce 1 diced onion 4 tablespoons of honey and maple syrup, 2 cups of ketchup, 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Put it on the stove on low and heat it until it reduces by half. If this is not enough bbq sauce then just double or even triple the recipe. You can do this all the day before you grill or smoke them. Put the ribs on your smoker and lather with the bbq sauce, you can use applewood or apple chips in the smoker adds a great flavor. Cook until done and keep turning them and adding bbq sauce every time you check them and turn them. Enjoy.

I have found the easiest and yummyest way to make boneless ribs- put then in a pyrex baking dish- plain with nothing on them and bake them 350 for about an hour. Take them out of the oven and drain the juice off. Then cover them in BBQ sauce and cover with foil for about 15 minutes.

try this.. marinade:
1 64 once can orange juice
1 64 once can pineapple juice
divide in half.
sugar to your level of sweetness. (usally a cup or better)
soy sauce to taste. (at least 4 table spoons)
8 cloves garlic pressed and mashed up. ( 12if you like garlic)
salt and pepper to taste.
Soak the meat in this marinade for several hours, then put the meat along with the marinade into the oven .... set oven to 230 and cook in marinade for 2 to 3 hours.
Sauce: the otherhalf of pineapple and orange juice
sugar to sweet'in good
soy sauce to taste
1 bottle of a-1 steak sauce
garlic as before, salt and pepper to taste.
IMPORTANT: when you throw the meat on the fire , make sure you baste the meat alot! it will make a glaze on the meat, and it will fall apart in your mouth. the acid from the juice's wil make the meat soft and add a flavor you will drool for lol... make sure you slow cook the ribs at 230 or 225 for at least 2 to 3 hors in original marinade, before grilling. follow this my dear and you will have a great meal....by the way, coleslaw and baked beans with smoked bacon is goood side ...good luck....

soya sauce, lemon, crushed garlic and black pepper. if you want it to taste even better, try pouring over a cup of 7-up or sprite.
