You could be charged with obstruction of justice and or giving false information. A "court officer" sent to your house is almost always a sheriff who obviously you can't lie to.

It depends on what they are doing on your property. if they are there in investigation of a crime yes but they can't search your house or property without a warrant unless they observe a crime occuring or that has recently occured.

an officer of the court i.e. atty is duly bound to turn you in. They have no arrest authority at all
