See, between would-be couples, there's a "chaser", and a "chasee" (person being chased). Most of the time, the chaser spends trying to start it, and generally to no avail.

When it DOES happen, it's when the "chasee" decides to. ;')

With that, techinically, the "chaser" begins it. It just depends on who your are and what you do. Make the first move, it'll be you.

It's my experience that most women want to be "taken." Now, that's not to say that if she says "no" you should still proceed. Far from it. If you have gotten past the "making out stage"..move slowly. Test the waters. Take things one step at a time. If she doesn't resist, you're doing fine. If she does, apologize. Let her know you are patient and that she's worth the wait. The more she knows how much you want her, the more she'll want to give it to you (if she wants you in the first place).

Well, it depends. If you think you are the passionate one of the relationship, then go ahead and surprise the partner. But I'm a woman, and I sincerely think that guys should start. I don't know why. I just think that that makes the woman know who rules in bed. Obviously women can start too. But guys would be better. :)

I think it should go both ways but always if it's the first time I'd wait for the man to initiate it.

it all depends on the couple. i don't think it's ever just the man or just the woman who starts sex. if the girls horny, she should start it and visa versa
