God's Ten Commandments are like a mirror. You can look at it to examine the state of your soul. Take a look, and see how you look. Have you told a lie? Stolen anything? used God's name in vain? it's appointed unto man once to die, then judgment. One day you will die, then God will judge you by His Moral Law. If your guilty of breaking His Commandments, then you have a debt that you cannot pay, and you will be sent to Hell. The thing is that God doesn't want you to end up in Hell. That's why He provided a way for you to be Saved. Jesus came to die on a cross to pay the debt for your sins and take your punishment. If you Repent, which means to ask forgiveness and turn away from your sins, then put your complete Trust in Jesus Christ. Only then you will be accepted into Heaven, not because your a good person, but because your a bad person who's been forgiven.

Are you for real?? Don't you know that we are all sinners?, and I mean ALL ! God will judge us with grace, mercy, and Righteous justice ! Jesus fulfilled the moral law, and He himself, gave us two commands, Love our Father (GOD) with all our hearts, and love thy neighbor (ALL PEOPLE), as ourselves. When we fulfill these two commands, then, and only then, can we obey the law, but not perfectly. None of us will ever be perfect in this lifetime! Christ said to his Father on the cross, "forgive them, for they know not what they do". And not long later, right as He was dying, He said, "It is finished". Only a person with hate in their heart could throw the word HELL around. Jesus said Himself that if we obey His two commands, that the moral law (the ten commandments) would all hang on these two. Matthew 22:40. No wonder a large percentage of Christians today, are not converting any one, when they use Hell to do it. Hell is Satan's biggest lie.

But I can still drink, right? There isn't a commandment that says: Thou Shalt Not Consume Thine Wine.

You didn't mention the part about graven images, or keeping the Sabbath holy, or any of that. Are you selective about which commandments are worth throwing in the faces of others, or do you simply not want to seem a hypocrite since you don't follow them yourself? (You've already demonstrated yourself a nutter, so I won't comment further.

How is it that you are so exalted? I really want to know how you can be so prideful and judgemental, and that's okay....yet everyone else here on YA are horrible people who commit crimes against God/des every second of every minute of every hour of every day? How is it that you are sooooo sanctiminonious and get away with it? Do you get on your own nerves? Really, I'm amazed at how talented you are!!!!!

I see that you are not open to other ideas, questions, faiths or testimonies. This tells me that you are afraid. That you seek to put yourself at a distance and yell your opinions down from a mountaintop so that you need not justify or explain yourself.

I'm sorry your so lonely.

Yes the commandments bring a curse for all men and present an insurmountable wall no one can pass. For those with eyes to see the wall is a taskmaster that drives them to Christ.
