The most beautiful religion in the world does not exist. They are all pretty ugly and full of rituals and dogma. The greatest thing in the world is to be free from the need for dogma and ritual. When you reach that stage you can truly appreciate the universe and enjoy learning the philosophies of others and appreciate the beauty in human differences.

Islam.... why? because I was brain washed into believing that when I was young and gullible.. ha ha..

No, seriously, I think Islam is the most beautiful religion. You should see the millions that come from every corner of the globe for Hajj or the Grand Pilgrimage. You will see people from all races, nations, languages and economic backgrounds. King and Pauper are dressed alike and stand humbly in front of our common Creator, in love and Awe of the Almighty.

Islam is also for balance. It does not say to the little boy who is being beaten by the bully to give the other cheek, but to subdue the bully by using allowed resources, so his evil does not pay him good wages, so that the evil ones are defeated and the good ones overcome, so that the weak may be protected. It is based on true heroism. It is sad that some Muslims do not understand Islam and label other people as nonMuslims and think they can fight them and in the process actually fight ISLAM itself.

If Budhists or Christians would follow their faith's principles, Hitler would control you and me. It is an irony that America followed the principes of Islam (and Judaism), not Christianity, and chose to fight Hitler rather than giving the other cheek to him or Japan for that matter. People who attack should be made to pay, if not attacking will become beneficial and everyone will attack everyone else.

Those are my two bits.. for now. Peace.

The most beautiful religion is the one that takes their doctrines straight from the Bible. I am seventh day adventist and I believe it follows the Bible the closest (I have to believe that my religion is the best, because if I don't then I should be in another religion). I don't agree with the answerer that says you should be free and not be a religion. God writes in the Bible that where three or more are gathered (a church) then I am there also. We need the support of others to help us on our journeys.
To learn more about Adventism, go to the Adventist Bookstore Center on-line and purchase the 27 doctrines book.

Dear Friend,
I believe that the most beautiful religion in this world is this:
God is LOVE,
I personally believe that God is SO great, that no matter what religion we are all struggling with, if we are looking he will guide and help. Muslim, Christian and Jew (and all other branches) we are all after the same thing. Love, Honesty, Trust, Commitment etc. Yes, we have differences, but we also have hope. Yes we are different, but we are also so interesting. Remember, that Babel tower builders were confused in their language after Noah, because of pride. That still stands. When we finally get rid of pride, we will all unite. Our differences are tiny, compared to the joy we all seek. We will prevail. God is True. How dare we all say "I am the right religion", "this is the way" "Muslim", "Christian", "Jew", "Buddha".
People, Listen.
"LOVE"
We are all different. Mercy and respect will resolve our troubles.
First, our true language wiil be restored, then...
EDEN.

Believe.

True

I Am That I Am The One True Living God. Through the Son who is called The Rock, The Word, the stumbling block for the Intellectually, the foolishness for the humanist. The Cornerstone to the Church, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Master and Savior Jesus Christ the only choice for Eternal Life is Faith in Him.

The reason is what is more beautiful than The Creator becoming as His Greatest Creation in the flesh living a perfect life being put to death by the people of the world to save them all even those who hate HIM. To teach Ultimate Love, Self sacrifice, Ultimate Faith. Arose on the 3rd day to witness to the first believers to Validate Eternal Life Promise as a Gift to You. So Easy So Simple everyone can Believe. But so Foolish and ingenious.
nearly impossible for those who are not meek, broken, poor, needy, lost to achieve.

How beautiful is that indescribable!
God really loves his greatest creation Us
Jesus really does too. He is our direct connection to God Almighty. He is our Mercy Seat.

Religions aren't that beautiful. Typically religion is a bunch of rules for conduct and a human attempt to please God and make people feel good or guilty about themselves. The most beautiful truth is that Jesus Christ came and sacrificed his life and rose again so that we can all have a relationship with God. Asking Jesus Christ to be your forgiver and leader leads to the most beautiful thing; a relationship with our Creator.

I love Hinduism. It is such a diverse, colorful, amazing, wonderous, intelligent, interesting religion. I don't think one can ever stop learning about it because it's so huge with so many branches.

Many of the teachings, practices, wisdom and rituals that I have applied to my life have had a tremendous successful effect on bringing me closer to God. I have almost banished negative thinking in my mind, wiped it clean, felt more love in my heart, experienced more Divine moments, prayers answered faster and feel almost no fear. And so on.

I am a devotee of Sri Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi. I follow her teachings. Her religion is just Love.

I believe that would be the small sect that broke away from the Catholic church around the time of the death of Coco Channell. They are known as the Immaculately-Appointed Church of St. Tiffanny the Tasteful. Among their teachings are that faith and good looks will secure a place closer to God who has way too many ghastly looking followers.

Every religion has beauty, it is only in human translation, interpretation and manipulation that most religions become ugly and hateful.
