With car bombs killing Iraqis and troops, what happened to the common sense of limiting vehicles to military only?
The commerce of this country would survive versus the deaths that are comparable.

The coalition would not order something like that. That is now the role of the newly formed Iraqi Government. Imagine if we had to do everything we do without cars because a few knuckleheads drink and drive and kill people everyday. Would our commerce survive?

Actually the commerce of the country would not survive and more people would starve than are starving already. What, are people going to carry food enough for millions from farms hundreds of miles away on their backs? What about everything else that makes an economy work?

We really are not trying to make a military state. We are trying to help them be democratic. How would you like to be told you can not drive in your city? Ours is over 25 miles from side to side.

I think the collalition have done enought to screw up the country, at least them have cars, bussiness needs transport

Ok, so car bombs go away. They will be replaced by remote detonation bombs and suicide bombers.
