No one knows. There is no history about him that is that detailed.

All we know is that he had hair and a beard. It is not likely to have been long hair or Paul would not have said, "doth not nature itself teach you that it is a shame for a man to have long hair" I do not think he would have said that if Jesus had long hair. Nor did he have short hair.

He was not white nor black either. He looked like a typical male Jew ... probably favored Joseph.

Some people are ignorant enough to suggest that Jesus looked like the image in the shroud of Turin, That was NOT Jesus.

The book of John said that the shroud that covered Jesus was not a SINGLE piece. It showed that one piece covered his head and another separate covered the rest of his body. Most likely, the shroud of Turin, is that of a Roman soldier that received head wounds, killed in battle, wrapped and sent home.

Like many of their beliefs, since it matched their IDEA of what Jesus looked like then it must be gospel evidence.

Very simple,my friend. There is the Holy Shroud or Sindone, as it is also called. It is the cloth that is supposed to have been used to cover Jesus' body when He was taken from The Cross for His burial. Even if we cannot prove that it was Jesus who was buried within it, it shows many coincidences, too many.
It shows that the body of a tall man was covered with it. A man who suffered whipping, the crowning of thorns, and the wound in the chest from the lance. It is unlikely that another man would have been buried under the same circumstances. Add to this that the Cloth is scorched from a source of energy ( heat ) coming from the body, something that so far, has not been explained. Besides, the body was only for a short time there, because otherwise, the decomposition would have left traces.
On the Cloth, the face of the man is clearly seen.
On the other hand. the da vinci code is a big pack of lies

It's pretty much guesswork based on the customs of the time. As a Jew living over two thousand years ago, chances are good that he had a beard, as is most often depicted, for example. He is, however, often pictured as far more fair skinned than seems likely, but that's largely a result of early European Christians imaging their god to look more like they did.

A church near me depicts Jesus with deep brown skin on a stained glass window, I like that. But the real answer is, no one knows and no one knew. Not even Da Vinci. There may be some descriptions of Jesus in the Bible, but I don't know it well enough to tell you with any certainty.

There were painters back then, but they weren't paying any attention to Jesus as a subject, since the religion was not established as it is today and had influence over only a small number of people.

Revelations 1:13-15 is pretty interesting. Check this out:

"13. and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like a son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and girded across His chest with a golden sash.
14. His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire.
15. His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters."

White hair and firey eyes! And bronze-colored skin, apparently. Now that would make a good painting. I think Jesus was supposedly communicating through an angel at that point, though. Who knows. Kinda weird, but cool.

Jesus Christ look like you. He look like everyone. If Jesus Christ is the son of God then we all look like Him. We are all made in the image of God if you believe there is a God. Some people don't . In the Bible, the first book is Genesis. In Genesis 1:26 it is writen:

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

You can find out about Jesus in the new testament. That is where Da Vinci got the idea to paint Jesus in the last supper.
I hope I helped you a little.

Well if there was a man named jesus two thousand years ago in the middle east he would of had olive skin and black hair. Even the bible says he blended in with the people as a child. He would not have been blonde haired blue eyes like he is portrayed in the United States/Britain, but than again he wouldn't be black like he is portrayed in parts of Africa in the black world. If he was a caucasion in that area at that time he would have been the only one, don't think that is very feasible:)

People have there own opinions. The way Jesus is depicted is all by "man's" conceptions and ethnic backgrounds. It really doesn't matter how he looks ... what's the point anyway. However, in the bible in the book of Revelations, John had a dream and tells how he saw Jesus in this dream. I don't have the exact scripture. Read Revelations.

They don't, its an assumption. the davinci code is fiction and not real, it is spun around lies, and untruths, Several times in the Bible we are told to beware of false prophets. The prophets in the Bible wrote the gospels with the holy spirit, essentially God wrote the Bible. The davinci code was set forth to create a stir, and make tons of money off of people of ignorance to the Bible.
Satan has one job, and that is to create doubt, so people lose their faith in the Lord, wouldn't you say, this may be satans work.

well he probably thought about the lack of technology they had such as scissors to cut the hair. he most likely compared it too his life style with logical thinking. and the last supper he just painted what came to his mind and how the agony was for the people. no one knows what it was like but it takes a person's creativity to at least give us some perspective on the event. check ya later ♥

It's the same as knowing what an Englishman looked like 330 years ago...if he was born in England, we take into consideration the attributes of todays Englishmen. It's the racial attributes that we go by. Look at where He was born. He's Jewish, so most likely had thick dark hair. ...for example. White men have attributes of white men, black men have attributes of black men.... Jesus had the attributes of a Jew.

Maybe you should go back and re-read your bible...it does give a lot of information on how Jesus looked. For example: we know he was a Jew, dark hair, dark skin; the geographical region he was from; the way he lived; etc. CONTEXT CLUES!
