Yes that is possible. My boyfriend (Who is black) had very dark green eyes when he was younger. And now he's older and they're very light and they glow a lot. It may not be everyone. But it is normal for some people. Especially over the years of changes and after puberty.

Yes they can.

Personally, my eyes were a very dark, almost chocolate, brown as a child. As I age, my eyes have lightened to more of a hazel color.

Definitely. Mine went from blue to gray to green. At one point in 6th grade I had one bluish gray and one greenish gray eye. Weird. Now my son's are doing the same thing.

Sure. But it's more likely for children's eyes to grow darker over time rather than lighter. Still...anything can happen when it comes to eye color.
