Forgiveness is not earned, it is through the mercy of God. So Satan's evil vs. good has nothing to do with it. Can God forgive Satin, YES. Will God forgive Satin, no. Time is not linear for God, he has seen Satins vanity and stuborness. God has seen the battle, and the outcome. Not to ruin the ending for you but Satin loses in the end. I know, I have read it in the bible. The only thing Satin wants with us is to kill and destroy us, and God only wants to Love us, but leaves it to us as to which we will follow.

God forgives all who ask for forgiveness. The catch to this question is - Satan doesn't want forgiveness and would never ask for it.

One would say yes, being God is a loving being. However, on the other hand, Satan is known in the Bible as the Father of Liars, so I would say no because 1) he's lying and 2) God knows he is lying.

As for me, I'm Agnostic. I don't have proof that either one exist anyway.

Yes, but Satan will still have to die the everlasting death with all of his followers, because God can't take the chance of the New Heaven and Earth being corrupted by him again. Satan was given many chances and has blown them all!

No, it would ruin most of religions tenets and belief systems.
Religion is based on rewards and punishments. If you believe and do good, you are rewarded and will go to Heaven, or some other wonderful location. If you disobey or break the rules, laid down, you will be punished, with the eternal flames of Hell.
If Satan, or the Devil, in charge of the punishment, were to be forgiven, who would administer pain and suffering to the sinful hordes.
How long would it take people to break those rules, if no punishment were to be inflicted on them, Not too long I suspect.
There are always some, who will obey the laws, God or Man made, and others who won't.
So to enforce the belief systems of Religion, punishment is needed.
