i have this dream where im in the mall with my boifriend and we are hiding from ppl trying to make out but everytime we get somewhere alone, someone pops up that we know like his mom or my sister and we have to run away again or he disappears into thin air it is like a tease dream : ( what could this mean?

Sometimes a dream is nothing but a dream, but in this aspect, I believe you are trying to hide some information or secret desire from yourself or someone close to you... My educated guess is that you are in deep denial about something involving your relationship- with all due respect of course!
