How do you justify spending $3 on a bottle of water in the grocery store when most of the planet is living on less than $1 a day?

If i were at a concert, or an amusement park, and they offered soda or water, i'd take the water.
Why? It costs the most.
Soda, you can buy a 2L bottle for .99c
Water, bottle water costs more, plus its good for you.

I totally agree paying $3 for ONE bottle of water is pathetic I have never done it , but if you are thirsty enough hey, you will.

If you were dying of thirst in the desert and someone passing by offered you a bottle of water for 3 dollars, I'd bet you'd pay it.

Maybe it's better tasting water. Some people think it makes them look "high class" which makes me laugh so hard, it makes my stomach hurt. It's just water for the love of god. I just fill up my empty bottle with tap water and GO!

there is actually a difference in taste.. fiji water tastes hella good
but would i pay $3 bucks for it? heck no
i have an old aquafina bottle that sits here at work.. and i fill it up with fountain water every day.. money saved

when someone is really thirsty and not sure that the water available free is safe or not, he or she must pay $ 3 for bottled water.

I don't know...tap water has nutrients you need anyway, like added chlorine and fluoride. Most bottled waters don't have these additives.

to save time, water is very abundant and free to purify it takes time, rain water, distillation reverse osmosis, but it all takes time and effort, so I rather do my effort at what I can do good and let the ones who can purify water do the job, and reward them with the money I get of what I can do good,
