There's this guy, Ben, who likes Gen. Gen doesn't like him but she thinks he's a very sweet guy in a friend type of way. Ben asked Gen to give him a chance twice & she rejected him twice but when Ben was leaving the country for good, Gen decided to make Ben's last 2 days worthwhile so she snogged him, nothing more. However Ben has a roomate, Lex, who is clearly way more attractive & Gen decides to get with Lex after Ben leaves.
So, Ben likes Gen, Gen doesn't. Gen likes Lex & Lex might like Gen. Lex finds out that Ben likes Gen and he doesn't want to betray his roommate, but Gen doesn't understand this because Ben has already left the country. Lex also knows that Gen snogged Ben & he asked Gen why and her answer was just "to make Ben's last 2 days worthwhile". There is no relationship between any of them. My questions are: What do u think Lex should do & why? If you were in Lex's position what would u think of Gen? What do u think Gen should do? Sorry I know it's a bit confusing.

i think scince ben left the country and there was never any relationship between ben and gen....lex should go for it. he won't be betraying ben in the least cause ben never was with gen anyway except for sex.

Well... I think that Lex is right b/c since this Ben liked/likes Gen so much then he shouldn't step on Ben's toes (that's an unwritten friends agreement)! And if I were Lex I would probably think that Gen is a *whore* b/c you don't sleep (whatever-kiss) [with] someone that likes you b/c that is just F*ing with their emotions and you don't just sleep (")someone to make it "worthwhile" as a going away present! So... in the end I think that Gen should just get over Lex b/c hopefully he's got half a brain and wouldn't do that to his friend. Sorry hun... that's just the way it is! Good luck finding someone else!

Lex, if he really likes Gen, should ask his friend Ben if he has a problem with him and Gen getting together. If i was in Lex's position i would think she is random, careless person. What is there for Gen to do? She sees if Ben has a problem and if he does Lex is most likely not going to get together with her.

if i was lex iw ould just drive her away. but just be friends with her. if i was gen i would just be his friend and get over it.
