Say "thanks" and they can take that to mean two thank yous, one for each door, if they like.

If you follow someone going into 2 sets of doors and they hold each set open for you, I don't see any harm in saying, "thank you" both times. Or, sometimes I thank for the 1st set, and give a nice smile/eye contact for the second.

I usually say "Thank" on the first one then wait until the second one to say "You" If you draw it out long enough you can cover both doors with one "thank you"

One thank you is enough unless there are two sets of doors. Then you would say thank you for each set. If it is just one set but with two doors, then only say it once.

I always go with a thank you with each door, but I say, "Thank you, again." on the second one.

I will usually offar a "thank you" for the first door and a casual "thanks" if they hold the second door for me too

I think that one thank you is sufficient. But perhaps you should consider whether or not you have a weight problem!

Ermm... I would assume one thanks should cover, or the person is too full of themselves.
