ex·tra·ter·res·tri·al
adj.

Originating, located, or occurring outside Earth or its atmosphere

So yes, technically according to the myths he would be. He did not originate on earth, making him extraterrestrial in the literal sense of the word.

Well let's see........couldn't find the whole word, but terrestrial means living on the EARTH, GOD will be a terrestrial when HE recreates the EARTH and moves from Planet HEAVEN(third Heaven) to live down here, HE's agonna bring HIS THRONE with HIM too!!!! Then EARTH will be what we call Heaven now!!!(everybody wants to go to Heaven, but nobody wants to die-----and when the Children of GOD leave the EARTH, later they will turn around and come right back to EARTH!!!!!hahahaha kind of an inside FAMILY joke!!!!! Don't know if HE's an extra-terrestrial yet, if that means intelligent life living on another planet(just guessing) then YES!!!!!!!!!!!

No. God is before the universe. And before the multi-verse (yet to be proved... and it will be) before the oligoliverse too! I think the closest we have come to ET so far is in the latest computer games. AI and all that.

We are ALL extraterrestrials, actually. The materials of our bodies are made up from materials found throughout the universe -and even from stars themselves.

P.S. There is no god.
