I am a 13 year old girl and already totally against racism, it is a hideous thing and nobody deserves to have anything racist said about them.

Immigration does not bother me but i think that it should be legal. I also think that it should be made slightly easier to become a legal immigrant.
p.s. I am scottish and do not care what other people think of me.

LOL...nice cover...you squeezed the topic of immigration in there just in time. Ya know...racism is pointless. It is designed only to break up communities and people. The old time racism (when I was growing up) was when a white woman would hold on to her purse tighter when she saw some black men approaching. This is an example of learned behavior, and has in very large way been eradicated in America. And now onto immigration, I really don't like how illegals and their supporters, refer to people who wish that illegal entry into America stop as racists. Who would seem more racist to you?..The minutemen, who will allow ANYONE into their organization, or MECHcA, who are openly anti anything or anyone that is not part of their race?

Wow good for you that's such a big thought for someone your age, at 13 I was worried about hanging with my friends and my most recent crush not world issues. Racism is an ugly thing unfortunately as long as there are different colors of skin there will be racism I don't think you can ever get rid of it. Racism in my opinion is wrong a persons ethnic back ground or skin color shouldn't matter it's the kind of person they are is what matters.

I definitely agree with you. I think that racism is a very bad thing. I also hate racism. I think that life is wonderful if there's no racism in our society. This is human nature and I don't appreciate that there consist of racism. After all, everyone on this planet is only human and everyone should respect each other regardless of race. It doesn't make any different at all and being a racist is not worth it. Please keep your hatred against racism that way. Good job. I get annoyed when racial discrimination occurs when finding jobs.

Racism is not good. But there are people whose personal livelihoods and power depend upon keeping racism alive and well. Be wary of those people, who jump in front of TV cameras and claim all their problems and those of their people is due to somebody else's racism. That should be a big red warning flag that this person is not only lying, but they financially gain something by maintaining the division between people.

Pretty much everyone hates racism. That is why people try to pin racism on other people when they want to attack their positions. If they are successful in making the label stick, the argument loses popular support.
Unfortunately, what that seems to mean is that whenever possible people who are losing an argument call the other side 'racists'.

I hate racism too. If you look at my profile, you will see a whole paragraph on my ideas about getting rid of racism. I'm 11. Nice to meet someone else who shares the same ideas as me!

I don't like it either. It seems to me, though, that more of the "so called minority" people are the ones that are doing most of the name calling lately.
Regarding immigration: Come legally or stay out.

I totally agree with you. All of the problems in the world today stem back to some kind of prejudice and discrimination. It's sad, really, when all one has to do is look past another's beliefs or skin color to achieve peace on earth, but are too pig-headed to do it.
