Simply put, no.
Some are born gay, but a lot have had experiences in their childhood of abuse and things like this that have altered the chemical responses in their brain.
It is proven that gay people's brain and chemical responses are different than that of their "straight" counterparts.
I've not read anything that says masturbation changes chemicals, mostly it's a physical release.

In the twenty five years that I've been masturbating, it hasn't turned me gay yet. But I do plan on stroking for another 50 to 60 years, so I'll let you know what happens.

LOl unless they're Narcissus, they're unlikely to fall in love with themselves through masturbation, and even if they could and did, that would not be homosexuality. that would be self-infatuation or something similar.

Masturbation could only indicate someone's sexual orientation if you were to identify their sexual fantasies during, or the material they were using to arouse them.

No I shouldn't worry about it. I think most of them are gay anyway, because if they were that bothered about vaginal sex why do they spend all their time trying to get it into our mouths?
