Then I called it "soda" (NJ, USA)
Now I call it "pop" (Ontario, Canada)

I call it Soda. I live in Georgia now where everyone calls it Coke whether it's Mountain Dew or Sprite. I am originally from Michigan where they call it pop. I don't know where (regionally) I picked up soda from but I am teased mercifully here in the south for calling it soda.

I used to call it a soft drink when I lived in the West Indies. Since moving to the USA, I slowly started calling it soda.

I took a survey in my office. The three people from Southern Kansas call it pop. The person from Northern Kansas calls it soda. Most of her relations are from the north....

Indiana- i call it pop. BUT, i am originally from Phoenix, AZ. I hear alot of people call it Soda and Soda Water out here. Wierd!
