Religion is man's feeble attempt to understand the true nature of God. After much study and inward contemplation, this is my initial assessment. If you take the time to break these major faiths down to their basic tenents, getting rid of all the dogma, you find that, in varying degrees they all share the same truth: There is One and only One God who created us all. None of these faiths are right or wrong - they are incomplete.Understand this: God is the All in All; the First Source; God does not and has never made a mistake in the creation of this world. We are perfect souls who have direct lineage to God. Because God Is, so we are. The confusion begins when we confine and restrict our beliefs in God, not questioning what our parents, teachers preachers, elders and others have told us over milleniums. As I said before, what is taught to us is neither right nor wrong - the information is incomplete. The incongruity of this is that all of the faiths you've mentioned are struggling, fighting and dying over the same Deity that gives them all Life! Chew on that for a minute- I'll get back to you, because this will take more than a New York minute to explain.

I believe the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints is the correct church. All other faiths have a portion of the truth. I invite all to bring what they believe and know to be true and read the Book of Mormon.
All the others will not be doomed to hell. All will get a chance to accept the teaching of the gospel prior to resurrection and judgement.
All faiths can not be right because there is a right and wrong to everything.

There is a big difference between religion, faith, and beliefs. You are talking about religion, but I wonder if you mean "religion." There are many religions, but only "One God, One Faith and one Baptism..." What do you believe? Do your beliefs render faith? If so, Who or what do you have faith in? Can that Faith bring about a change. Most people seek out religion because they are looking for a greater truth and or purpose. The fact that you are seeking tells me that you did not find this truth or purpose in your "self." You are seeking a higher source. " Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be opened ." (John 10) Keep looking to the one God and he will answer. Men and women have opinions (and it is great to share) but in order to find truth you must only seek the one God.

There is no overall correct religion; there is only the religion that is correct for the individual believer. The same applies to non-belief too.

Actually it's Jewish Christian.(spiritual Jew)
Jesus was a Jew. (Matt.2:2)
One's that actually follow Jesus and Jesus's Faith. (Col.2:6; 1Peter 2:21)
Look what the Bible says in Rev.14:12 "Here are the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." [compare to Matt.7:21-23--the will of God].

How I know this is correct is because it doesn't follow the Mediaeval Church(Rev.17:5).

There is no such thing as a right religion. That does not take you to Heaven. Knowing Jesus as your savior does. Once you are saved, you should be a witness for Him. Go out and tell others how to be saved. seek God for the will of your life. Let your light shine for Jesus.

Someone can't really tell you which ones right or wrong. I believe that as long as you believe in Jesus Christ and Accept him as you savior. Believe that he died and rose again that you will inherit eternal life(Heaven). Its all a matter of what YOU believe. Stay with what you believe and don't worry about the rest.

It is written that perfect, undefiled religion to God is to meet the needs of orphans, widows, etc., and to keep self undefiled by the world's immorality. This includes prayer, church attendance & washing in the Word of God.

Faith in Jesus is the way of reconciliation with God and everlasting life.

NONE. It's not about religion. It's about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

What God did...

Think of it this way... Imagine you're in a courtroom again, you're guilty of many serious crimes. The judge says, "It's a fine of $500,000, or prison." You don't have anywhere near that amount of money, so the bailiff begins to walk you out of the courtroom when someone you don't even know appears. He runs up to the judge with a check and says, "I've paid the fine for you." Now that the fine has been paid, the law no longer has any hold on you. You're free -- because of the gift you were given.

This is what God did for you by sending Jesus to die on the cross in your place. So that you wouldn't have to go to Hell, God sent his only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross -- suffering the punishment that justice demands. Then He rose from the grave, forever defeating death! The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) If you will repent of your sins and put your trust in Jesus, God says he will forgive all your sins and grant you the gift of everlasting life. Just like the court case we just talked about, if you repent (that means to confess and forsake your sins) and put your trust in Jesus, then you will not have to suffer God's justice in Hell because the payment for your crimes was made by Jesus on the cross.

If you're not sure what to pray, read Psalm 51, and make it a model for your prayer. The words are not "magical," what God cares about is the attitude of your heart. When you pray, it should sound something like this, "Dear God, I repent of all my sins, such as (name them). I put my trust in Jesus Christ as Lord (to say Jesus is your Lord means you are now making Jesus the master over your life) and Savior. Forgive me and grant me your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."

Now read your Bible daily, and obey what you read. God will never let you down.

What should you read? We suggest that you start in the book named "John," and then read the one named "Romans." Whatever you decide to read, make sure you read every day.
