That could be a sign of something serious. There may be a lack of bloodflow to those limbs which can be caused by a number of things. I reccomend you bring this up to your doctor with a physical asap. Early signs and prevention methods can save lives. Sometimes caused by heart/blood related issues (caused by many things like smoking, diabetes, obesity)

If you are pregnant mention it to your doctor. I am pretty sure she is going to tell you that it is because of the way the baby is laying. I have 4 kids, and it happened with all 4 of mine. When the baby lays a certain way, it will block blood from flowing properly . Lay on the opposite side of the numbness, so that maybe the baby will shift , and give you some relief. Good Luck.

Maybe you had your leg in a upward way. Maybe you laid on your hand to long. If you didn't do none of that go see a doctor because it could be a blood clot.

I agree it could be serious, but sometimes, the baby is just laying on a nerve. Bring it up to your doctor, but i doubt it is anything to worry about.
