Kids only get on your nerves if you let them. I have three children 9, 5, and 3 years of age. When a child gets on your nerves is when you forget they are children and what they are doing is either because they do not understand it is wrong or are looking for attention and what better way than to say or do something that gets a reaction from you. Just remember two things when your kids get on your nerves. One is what they are doing going to kill themselves or injure someone else and two have you been ignoring them for awhile and now they want your attention. If they are not hurting themselves or someone else and they are not trying to get some atttenion then they probably will not be getting on your nerves. If they are still getting on your nerves then you may need help with your children or at least in understanding them.
As far as your man will who knows..... there could be a thousand reasons fro this... just trying talking to him and let him know how you are feeling.

I would say most likely it is space or money related. Usally its a give me this or I want that, then it is the same with the kids. this would be to me the most comon situation. Sometimes you can help by monitoring your man if he comes home from work and you know he had a bad day keep the kids playing out side and turn on the tv for him even thou in his old favorite movie. pop corn is always good and cheap good to keep the kids busy and also durning all this you could have your free time too.

Maybe the way they were raised. If you are on edge, the kids will reflect that. So, perhaps it starts with you. Same goes for your man getting on your nerves. Look inside yourself first.

Your kids can get on your nerves sometimes but it shouldn't be all the time. Have you considered seeing a counselor?

Perhaps it is because of your inarticulate speech and incorrect grammar? Please teach your children about subject-verb agreement, or else they will get on other people's nerves all the time.
