Well to make the sperm come out you have to arouse the penis, and no it doesnt hurt, it feels delightful. And finally no I wont have any problems. What a weird question, thanks for 2 points

though I'm not a guy, what i've been told is it absolutely most postively DOES NOT HURT. like the otehr post on here, it's pleasurable for you guys, at least my fiance enjoys it a lot :)
