Get something of yours that she is really interested in and when she comes over to you and wants to play (or whatever) with what you have tell her she can't because she doesn't share with you. Let her know that if she wants other people to share with her she needs to share with them.

This is what I have done with a child I babysat and my son, and it works. If two children are fighting over a toy or just not sharing it, I take it away - for the whole day - and explain that I took it away because they weren't sharing. Since I've done this they share EVERYTHING because they don't want to lose toy priviledges - I even see them giving toys to each other to play with now.

keep practicing with her. take things away from her, and tell her no, she has to share. or take out something she really likes and play with it. and if she wants it. ask her if she would like you to share. if she says yes. then ask her if she's willing to share HER toys. and then maybe she will get the hang of the whole "sharing" idea. also, while she's playing. ask her if she wants to share. and if she says no. say no, when she wants some candy or watever you have.

Ask her parents to teach her how to share first. Once they can share with her then you will be able to.
