Is very hard to do , but can be accomplished if you are willing to do the work and listen to the Customer. This is actually a phrase that is used at alot of Business and Corporations. Easy to say hard to accomplish. Basically they want the employee's to do there best and then go one step further. So do all the major, important things and then go look to see if there are any details or minute items that can be addressed. Doing this not only meets the expectations of most customers it will exceed what they thought you should have done. Only problem with this philosophy is that not all employees care enough to actually do the extra work or put forth the extra effort required to accomplish this task.

Aloha,

If you exceed customer expectations you will most certainly have return customers. If you are in the bar and restaurant business this would be a great way to add to and maintain a good income by establishing a regular clientel.
