Digital isn't there yet. That would be in the 100's of megapixels. Current digital backs for medium format cameras range from the low 20's to around 48 megapixels.
However, if all you need is a small poster, a 16.7 megapixel Canon 1DSMk2 will suffice - the extra resolution of a 4x5 negative only becomes apparent at ridiculous print sizes.

Check out the Better Light Model Super 10K-2 4X5 camera back. 420 Mega-Pixels. Files in the 1.2GB Plus range. There is an Enhanced mode for the this model that is equivalent to 853 Mega-pixels. That is probably almost 3GB file size. Better have a Multi Terabyte drive system. What you perform backups on is probably as costly as the back itself.

So...are you asking what MegaPixel rating you would need on a Digital SLR camera to be equivalent to the amount of pixel data on a traditional Large Format back?
