However would you blame Bob, who is now all grown up, and walks around with the physical and intellectual scars that remind him every day that God did not rescue him? Well, God is aware of how Bob feels; God knows Bobs heart. Yes, very possibly Bob is not going to most effective go to Heaven, however perhaps be within the very palms of a comforting Christ.
