That depends on your hair color and texture. I have naturally dark blonde hair but get it foiled every 8 weeks to brighten it up...if you have darker hair (or greys) you should get foils about every 6 weeks...whatever your tolerance is for roots.

Hair cuts - 6-8 weeks.

I'm a cosmetologist so i always suggest 6 weeks between haircuts and 4 to 6 weeks between foiling

you can do both on the same day. i highly recommend at least a trim after any chemical service to prevent split ends and promote healthy new growth.

it is good to get a trim or haircut every 4 - 6 weeks.
you will know it is time to touch up your foils when the roots show in the mirror.
