HGH can be taken at any age. What you need it for will determine how much and how often you need to 'shoot up'.

HGH works well in those under the age of approx. 13, or over about 65 or so. That is, the vey young and the very old.

Atheletes take it because they think it will help their body fat percentage and strength, but no studies have shown that it is effective in the adult age range, mostly because people don't realize they need to take massive amounts regularly (intravenously) along with two other hormones, insulin and LT-3 thyroid hormone, in order to have any effect at all. (some folks show no improvment at all, no matter what).

Also, the side effects for adults can be severe, including low blood sugar and high blood pressure.

Unless it is prescribed by a doctor for medical reasons, no one should take it.
