i'm so confused...please give me some advice?

there's this guy...that i have strong feelings for!!!! he was once a very close friend, but ever since we both admitted our feelings for each other we have become more reserved with each other.. its almost like we are afraid to move forward...if you know what i mean...however i cant help but feel he only wants one thing and to play the field.. am i paroniod??????? has any one a simlear experience to share??

Sometimes its best to just leave it at that and just remain close friends. Taking it to the next level can ruin what you currently have. The question is, are you prepared for that?
