I have a Panasonic GS25 camcorder....how to store the Mini DV vedio to my PC without the firwall cable...?

Not possible without firewire cable. You can buy firewire cable for as cheap as £5 on the internet and firewire port will cost you £10.

Firewire is the only reliable and fast way of transferring large video files as opposed to usb 2.0.
