Yes you should...he said he would pay it back so he needs to pay it back girlfriend or ex-girlfriend. If he claims he doesn't remember...then remind him...but don't hassle him if it was only $5-$10.

Yes hold him to his obligation. If you need some back take a friend with you to collect the money due. Depending on how much money is owed will determine if legal action should be taken. If it is not feasible to seek legal action because the amount owed is to low explain to him the error of his ways and how beneficial to his over all health payment in full will be. Good luck

It's like any other valuable lesson in life. You live, you learn. Don't borrow anyone money you can't afford to lose. When you borrow, don't ever expect to get it back. If you feel you will, then you shouldn't be borrowing it to anyone. Life is full of hard knocks. Now you have to remember the lesson and just move forward whether you like it or not.
