I am looking for some different ways to prepare shrimp either on the grill or in the house. Low Calorie recipes are a plus!!

On skewers with olive oil and whatever spices you want that day. You can also get one of those grill pans and mix in your veggies and cook it all together. Be sure you cook the veggies first and add the shrimp the last 3-4 minutes of cooking or the shrimp will be too tough.

You can also stir fry them and serve over rice. Although it's not low calorie, I love coconut fried shrimp with coconut sauce. Sometimes you just have to splurge.

I TAKE LARGE SHRIMP AND PUT THEM IN FOIL, ADD BUTTER, GARLIC AND LEMON SLICES. THEN WRAP THEM TIGHTLY AND PUT THEM ON THE GRILL. THEY TASTE GREAT.
