I spent a Summer in California, and IN-N-OUT was the coolest resteraunt. But they won't Franchise! I need it in Minnesota! Please!!

They are a family business each restaurant is owned by a family member. That's why every one is the same they don't deviate. There are In-N-Outs in Nevada and Arizona also. So you can take a vacation and still get the best burgers and fries.

"In-N-Out remains privately owned and the Snyder family has no plans to take the company public or franchise any units."

Every In-n-Out restaraunt is owned by the family so they really aren't franchises.

I lived in Los Angeles for 3 years and I really miss them.

Oh, I thought there were quite a few in Arizona as well, and one in St. George, Utah, but you're right, I haven't seen them franchise anywhere else.
