Christians are just people who have yet to discover the truth about the Flying Spaghetti Monster. One day we shall all be touched by His Noodly Appendage.

As a christian who grew up under the Roman Catholic system, I wish I knew. A big rule is Love thy neighbor as you love yourself.
Yet I find while a big majority of Christians do this, some of them don't. An good movie to watch about this is "Luther" which is about Martian Luther, the man who separated from the Roman Catholic church because of all the abuse the Church was putting on the common people. Anyway, good luck with your question and if you ever find a good answer maybe you will also find world peace.

Some Christians make fun of other religions, but I would venture to say that most don't. It would be disobeying God's word to persecute others rather than loving them and making believers of them as He tells us to do. Humans are all imperfect, though, and prone to a little disobedience now and then. I am a Christian and so are most of my family and friends. None of us "make fun of" other religions.

Because they have been brain washed to the point where they think any other religion or point of view is absurd or "evil".
You have to keep in consideration "What type of person would make fun of another person religion?"
And you'll come up with a very shelter, God fed, uncultured person who voted for Bush! "Cause he believes in God" Can't speak proper English and is running the country into the ground... But "he believes in Jesus"!

All people make fun of people different from them-it's human nature. Christians make fun of non-Christians for the same reason non-Christians make fun of Christians: They think the other group is wrong and is going to hell.

Because most Christian faiths can't even agree with each other,
so it's hard to have respect for an entirely different system of beliefs, that does'nt mean making fun of other religons is right however.

A true Christian does not make fun of other religion or people, but follows Jesus instructions as to love God above all other things, and your neighbor as you wish others would do to you

We don't. We simply tell others the truth (that Jesus came to save you, just believe in Him), and we do NOT force it upon anyone, I hate it when people say we do. Btw, Christianity is not a religion, its a RELATIONSHIP w/ God. It's the way you live your life from day to day.
