Right about what ??? If you're asking about the Viking raiders from Denmark and Norway. I can't understand what about them you call fun. They were killers who liked to attack monastaries because they were built in out-of-the-way places and were completely unarmed. The Vikings would kill the monks, rape the nuns, steal everything of value, then burn everything else.
To you, this is FUN ??? They were a bunch of cowardly killers.

Yeah, that would be pretty much aweasome.
Thor looking at us from the skies, smithing ortodox christians with his huge badass hammer, telling us to become brave pirates, laughing and drinking beer with the rest of us in Valhalla.

Sounds like a bucket of fun.

Not too much fun, because then I'd be down there in Helvíti alongside the Christian fundamentalists too. After all, my only consolation in the Christian interpretation of Pascal's Wager is that if the Christians are right, then at least I'll be far, far away from the fundamentalists... :)
