Its hard to say. You havent mentioned the exact numbers, for e.g. 200mg per what, a L of blood or is this result FBS or 2 hrs after you ate.

If you do think you have diabetes, you should go to your doctor and he/she would arrange a variety of tests to confirm it. Also there are three classic signs of type 2 diabetes that people usually experience (increased thirst, increased hunger, and increased urination). Again, these can vary according to the variations in our surroundings. So go to your doctor. Managing diabetes is not impossible and remember - Diabetes does not mean "stop eating food".

Its very simple to manage diabetes, but if untreated - it can be fatal.

That depends, was this a fasting test (aka nothing other then water for 10-12 hours before test)?
a fasting blood glucose level between 100 and 125 mg/dl signals pre-diabetes. A person with a fasting blood glucose level of 126 mg/dl or higher has diabetes.
They can do a random blood glucose check but it is not as accurate and a fasting one should be done if the numbers are high (like in your case).

Not necessarily. Some medications can cause elevated bloodsugars. If you have elevated bloodsugars see your doctor immediately. Diabetes can be a crippling and life threatening disease if left untreated. Treatment for diabetes has come a long way. Don't fear the treatment but do fear the disease.
