No One knows what Buddhism is here .. So , why ask this question? wasting your points ...
Everyone here only knows how to condemn other religions . Ask them what do they know about Buddhism , i dont think you will get a good answer . All of them only know what is stated in the Bible and never open up their mind to study what other religion says .
Buddhism has been here for more than 2500 years and do you think a baseless religion will last this far ? No..
The Buddha never claimed that other religion is wrong and stupid . He never mention religions like Islam , Christianity , Bahai and others wrong because during his time , these religion didn't even exist yet during his time . Then , how can the Buddha ever mention that other religion is stupid ?
Buddhist are humans . They follow the teaching of the Buddha and they are called Buddhist . This does not mean , their word is the word of Buddha . Buddhist who says other religion is wrong are only creating anger among every other people around them . For example , the Buddha is a medicine man and We ate the medicine that The Lord prescribe . What happen to those who do not want to take the medicine ? The lord is only providing the medicine and you are the one who consume it at your willing .
There are of course Buddhist who are extremist , but in which religion dont they exist ? However , the teaching of the Buddha in simplified form is this :
Avoid all evil ,
Do all good ,
Purify the mind .
This is the teaching of all the Buddhas
So , is this teaching of The Lord so bad and evil that everyone here wanted to condemn it ? I dont know ..
The Buddha never restrict his diciples to study other religion or stepping into any mosque or church . The Buddha even encourage us to examine , and challenge his teaching before accepting them . If we find that the teaching of The Lord is false and baseless , we are free to leave .
The Lord also mentioned that if we , the Buddhist found any truth in any other religion , then , we are allowed to practice the truth .In the search for a peace of mind , human turns to religion . But what today religion done to us is war . In order to prove that their religion is the best , they fought .
In the history of Budhhism , there is no war launch in the name of spreading the religion . Not a drop of blood is spilt like every other religion in the world . So , is this religion evil ? created by devil and all Buddhist are going to hell ? I dont know man , its just not rational .
So , are Buddhist right ? I dont know .. it all depends on how you think it is . But , it is not fair to justify a religion if you do not know anything about the religion . If you study all this religion , you will find out that all this religion is indeed beautiful . Why in order to prove our religion are the truth , other people suffers from war and etc .
Why? i mean , if more ppl convert to your religion , more people will enter to your religion heavens and make it cramped >... Lets all of us think about it man ...

Religion is merely a set of guidelines to better one's self as a human. If Buddhists never harm living creatures, do not cause suffering and war, then who knows, maybe we should all convert. Religion is only stupid because most religious fanatics are huge hypocrites!

No they are not right. In the Bible it states that there can only be ONE God! He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I respect their religion because unlike us Christians they are not afraid to die for their beliefs. I wish that we as Christians could have the same faith as the martyrs did. They were burned, eaten, stuck on polls and used as candles all for their faith. Do you think that you would do that for something you believe in? I would hope that I would. God is a just, kind, loving, and righteous God He is the only one we should believe in.

I dunno if there right or not. I like they're religion I'm not a Buddhist though. It doesn't mean every other religion is stupid. I think a lot of religions r man made.

No they are not right, its like a friend of yours seeing a cool or great thing you did and he keeps passing on the story for a few years and sooner or later poeple start to think you were a god.

Well the Buddha spent quite a long time thinking and reflecting. I think whoever first spoke about God didn't think that much about whether or not the voice in his head was his own.
