Not much. Both Miracle Whip and commercial mayonnaises are about the most unhealthy food substances on the planet, and I use the word "food" loosely. Both are loaded with fat, cholesterol, sodium, and chemicals and preservatives that are NOT GOOD FOR YOU. Try just using a little extra virgin olive oil on your food instead.

Mayonaise is made using raw eggs to aid in forming the emulsion. Salad dressing- miracle whip- uses synthetic emulsifiers and some different ingredients.

Miricle whip is more like a salad dressing, it has vinegar added to it to give it a bit of a zing to it. Good to make cole slaw with or just spread some on a slice of lettus, pepper, yum.

Mayo is just oil and eggs.
