A quick x-ray might be helpful, if they fetuses are far enough along the Vet will be able to count the skulls or spines seen on the xray and tell you how many she's having; or an ultrasound (if the fetuses are not developed enough...) they can see the heart beats and fluid filled sacks to confirm pregnancy. These test are more accurate than just palpitating the belly, or noticing the teats are larger than normal. Some pets can have false pregnancy with swollen bellies and develop milk too.

If she has not yet had a heat cycle, this could be signs of her going into heat. Make an appointment to have her spayed ASAP. There are more than enough cats in the world already.

take her to the vet, feel for individual lumps in her belly, watch for any change in nipples, you can do an actual human pregnancy test on her, but good luck getting her to pee on it

cat scan.

no really, contact the vet. It seems as though you have valid reason to believe that she is pregnant.

Gee, if you have an unspayed female , there is a good chance she is pregnant.
