IT IS NOT THROUGH GOOD DEEDS!!! The devil will spread lies like that where ever he can! IT IS ONLY THROUGH SALVATION! Whether you choose to believe it or not Heaven is real and Jesus is coming soon, I understand some of you may not believe this but God is real, look all around you, there is the proof. You think a chemical reaction created the process of life? The Bible holds all your answers for it is God's word, like it says in John 1:1. The Bible has stood the test of time, nothing in it is wrong, you must believe that Jesus Christ, God's son died on the cross for your sins, he wiped everything away for you, for free! You get to heaven by praying for God to forgive you.

Silence is Golden. The mind of the flesh wants only change and constant futuristic planning. Paul, Be STILL and KNOW that I am GOD, in your own inner kingdom resides the Silent Eternal Parent who can only be accessed in Silence. EZ to say, difficult to do. Meditation is mentioned in the Bible a dozen times. What dying person wants noise. Silently repeating a Sacred word or phrase continuosly is the best way to meet your eternal parent. He that overcometh........

Just being a good person does not mean you will get into heaven. You must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thall shalt be saved. If you believe that Jesus died for your sins and you ask him into your heart, ask for forgiveness, then you will be saved.

Heaven is a term referred to and used in Christianity. Would you like to broaden your question to include the 'afterlife' as the subject of your question?

Heaven and hell are truly states of mind.

Handing your life over to God, repenting when your wrong, asking for forgiveness, and always trying to talk to other people about God. Then after you die, God will decide whether or not you are going to be going to Heaven. Live your life to God's standards and you will probably make it.

God Bless and take care!

Ask God to forgive you for your sins, Repent and turn from your sinful ways and ask Jesus into your heart as Lord & Savior. Now that you have given you life to Jesus and are on your way to Heaven, attend your local Bible believing & Bible preaching church for guidance and fellowship with other Christians.

You must be born again. no one will get to heaven unless there born again. To be born again u must believe in Jesus and love him enough to lose everything u have all for his name. He already died for u. If you can love him that much then u must confess it to him that you believe he is the son of God and that u give your life to him. then u will become a born again into his kingdom. its the only way.

What God did...

Think of it this way... Imagine you're in a courtroom again, you're guilty of many serious crimes. The judge says, "It's a fine of $500,000, or prison." You don't have anywhere near that amount of money, so the bailiff begins to walk you out of the courtroom when someone you don't even know appears. He runs up to the judge with a check and says, "I've paid the fine for you." Now that the fine has been paid, the law no longer has any hold on you. You're free -- because of the gift you were given.

This is what God did for you by sending Jesus to die on the cross in your place. So that you wouldn't have to go to Hell, God sent his only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross -- suffering the punishment that justice demands. Then He rose from the grave, forever defeating death! The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) If you will repent of your sins and put your trust in Jesus, God says he will forgive all your sins and grant you the gift of everlasting life. Just like the court case we just talked about, if you repent (that means to confess and forsake your sins) and put your trust in Jesus, then you will not have to suffer God's justice in Hell because the payment for your crimes was made by Jesus on the cross.

If you're not sure what to pray, read Psalm 51, and make it a model for your prayer. The words are not "magical," what God cares about is the attitude of your heart. When you pray, it should sound something like this, "Dear God, I repent of all my sins, such as (name them). I put my trust in Jesus Christ as Lord (to say Jesus is your Lord means you are now making Jesus the master over your life) and Savior. Forgive me and grant me your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."

Now read your Bible daily, and obey what you read. God will never let you down.

What should you read? We suggest that you start in the book named "John," and then read the one named "Romans." Whatever you decide to read, make sure you read every day.

To get into heaven you must ask Jesus to live within you, and make your heart his home.
