when i have to go to court for disorderly conduct, and i have only been working here for 1 week?

Your best bet is to be honest with them....I am sure people read the papers........I take it this happened before you worked for them...You lie and someone reads your name in the paper....Your trust is gone........

You could tell them that you have to testify in court and that you are not allowed to discuss the case.
