Smaller, balanced meals throughout the day in addition to drinking 6-8 glasses of water and getting some exercise usually does the trick. I know drinking 2 servings of milk or eating something like cheese or yogurt from the dairy food group also helps with weight loss. I have been on the Weight Watchers plan and these are some of the things they teach and I can personally tell you it works, if you stick to it.

True, because your body gets used to doing the same thing over and over again and again, so evenutally with healthy exercise and a little luck, you can start to lose weight.
This theory also applies to other things as well. For example, if you try to lose weight by starving yourself for a day or two, your stomach and body will get used to not eating, but when you eat again, it will really put on the pounds, causing you to gain even more weight.
(life make no sense, does it?)

very true...if you start to skip meals, you train your body to go into "starvation mode". When this happens, the body starts to save up fats and carbs in case you skip more meals. It's a sure way to gain weight. By eating smaller meals more often, you tend to keep the body's metabolism at a higher level which allows you to lose weight.
Good Luck

True. Your body needs to be fed so your metabolism is working at max. If you eat only two big meals a day it is harder for your body to digest and for the metabolism to work at max.

Depends on what you eat. 5 Big Macs a day and you're done for.

Such an advice is given to diabetic patients for lowering blood sugar. Stomach remains half empty, and half full. This is good for your health.
