God didn't create Bigfoot, Bigfoot created god.

God created bigfoot for the same reason He created the other animals. I believe that bigfoot is a species of long-haired gorilla.

I don't think that Bigfoot is real. But if he is, then God created him for his own purpose. Maybe so that there could be arguments over him that pass the time where someone could be robbing a bank.

Wait, we're sure that he did? Last I heard, he just created a lot of people, and some of those thought they saw a big hairy critter (others saw little grey guys with huge eyes, or Elvis...human really are amazing creatures)
