If you like a guy who you only talked to once (in december) and he graduated...should i just lose all hope because I don't see him anymore?

absolutely not. if you have some way of contacting him, then do it! there is no reason to give up on someone that you like. if worse comes to worse and it doesn't work out, at least you know that you tried! go for it!
