Wendy's if you need a drive thru. Subway if you have 5 min.

I eat @ the food court alot because i work in the mall. Chick-fil-A seems to be the healthiest. They have a chargrilled sandwhich with wheat bead, it comes in a combo meal with a small bowl of fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, organes and grapes) and a bottle of water. This is the healthiest thing I have found. It is 5 or 6 grams of fat and it cost $5.

I think any restaurant can be healthy, it is just up to you not to be dumb when ordering.
For instance, McDonalds has a lot of sugar and fat-laden items on their menu. However, a smart and weight conscious person can always find something: their salads aren't bad, for instance.
I tend to give Subway the nod for healthy eating. If you avoid the oils / mayonaise, you can't really go wrong.
The bottom line: educate yourself to avoid the pitfalls of restaurant dining. Avoid fried, sugary foods and control your portions. Check the nutrtional information (most have them on their websites) and you can avoid becoming another overweight statistic.

You can get a healthy meal at any fast food restaurant. You just have to do some research and ask for what you need.

Non really. Hence the fast food=fast road to death. Subway is basically a cleverly marketed oscar myers 'meats', microwaved 'hot' subs, nitrite (cancer causing) cold cuts, chemically perserved and often very processed to the point they should be sued for using the slogan "eat fresh!"

Generally, Wendys. They have the best meal choices, like Chili and salads, plus their junior burgers are the best of the bunch with the exception of the McDonalds burger, which is smaller.
Sidenote, watch out for their dressing, it has as much as 35g of fat in it.

Probably Subway. They have a lot of low fat options.
McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendy's all have salads with grilled chicken and low fat dressing for healthy options, too.
