You could try talking to people who might know him, get his e-mail address or regular address, and send him an e-mail or letter. After a while, try calling him, then maybe agree to meet him somewhere.

try doing a people search on google...or yahoo.....or you can go to anywho.com....i met my older brother for the first time when i was 26 and we are close now. I wish you all of the luck in the world at finding him, also maybe you could try to contact your family members to see if they have any info about him that could help you..
