They always use strange language. Even when they are trying engligh. They just make up meanings for words. You know, like you get an abuse email for "solicitation", after asking "do you want to leave a message here?"
I defy anyone to give me a definition of solicitation which covers that.

It could be spam or a virus, perhaps.
Although I have gotten a couple of buggy e-mails lately from Yahoo! Answers, but in both cases they were just one character off, not the whole e-mail.
