Good luck, I sometimes have cramps and sore breast up to 10 days before my period shows up. Just be prepared, and always have something with you. If your period is not always at the same time wear a lightday for the slight chance it shows up unannounced. Hormones --- They suck.

3 days and I get real grouchy. Don`t have sore breast, only had that when I was pregnant. Sucks, ready for the change myself. Periods anymore for me are awful, cramps and flood.

sometimes that happens to me for a week or two before my period, and then sometimes I don't get any. I heard it depends on how much caffeine and salt you eat/drink because it's the water retention from them that makes your breasts sore and may give you cramps also.

I usually start feeling the effects 1 to 2 days before. Day before I almost always get a pounding headache to top things off.

It's different for every woman. Try to be aware of your body and cycles then youll know which is normal for you, for me it can be up to 2 weeks before, but usually about 7 days before.(Im one of the unlucky gals burdened with the occasional PMS acne outbreak...man that sucks!)
