If this is a pressing urge, call a suicide center. After that, and even if it is not a pressing urge, do the following. For a week, keep a journal of your feelings. If you're not big on writing, just note down on a calendar every day, whether you had a suicidal thoughts or thoughts, and how strong they were. Then see a psychiatrist and report your feelings. People all will tell you to think of your blessings, to work out, to reach out for friends, but I know that when your depressed, you just can't do it. You need anti-depressants to take the edge of the sadness and loneliness and suicidal thoughts before you can do those things. Life will get better.

Dieing feels like the answer when we get so full of pain. It seems that if we die, we will finally have some peace. I have had many similar feelings all my life. Most ppl who know me would never think such a thing because i put on that face too. They see me as someone who they can turn to because i am always there with the answer for them. So how can someone like that feel so hopeless when it comes to themselves. I don't know. But i do know that each time i felt this way, for some reason i never went thru with things. If i did end it, yes i may have peace, but i would also have missed out on lots of good times in between. I am not a religous person, but i thank god that i haven't died yet. I just take one day at a time and try to deal with what comes my way. Its never easier than the last. I think alot of ppl feel alone in this world. In a sense with the pain we have, we are alone inside us. So we have to find that friend inside ourselves. Which is ironic because our #1 true enemy is ourselves. I just don't think death is the answer even if at times it seems like the easier way out.

I'll assume that you are in your teens. If so, you are going through major bodily changes, male or female. If you have thoughts of suicide, you need to talk to someone, an adult, you can trust. Get it out of your system, as it were.

And you may be thinking too much of yourself and your problems. Try volunteering at a variety of places; retirement homes, hospitals, homeless shelters, after-school programs, the Y or Boy's & Girl's Club or your church. You will get satisfaction at any of these places, which will increase your self-esteem and make you feel "needed and appreciated".

Take note that there are many people who care about you. Most just don't think they need to say anything and that you'll just know. I care and I don't even know you.

Everyboby has worth. It's what you do with it that counts. If you care for others, you will hardly notice that they care for you because you will be too busy caring for them. Your returns will depend on your efforts. Go forth and provide. The rewards are tremendous.

No baby you should not die. Just know that there are people out there who go through the same things you do everyday and that if you need to talk to someone there are always people on line or at you local school of health care facility that you can talk to. I have felt that way before too. Just know that you are never alone no matter what. There are people out there who don't even know you but still love you and care about you no matter what has happened or will happened. Good luck girl. It will be okay.

Go to your doctor and get some anti-depresents, it will make you feel much better in about a week and the world will not seem as bad as you think. More people suffer from this than you can imagine, but it is just a chemical imbalance and some medicine will help put it right in no time. Also try start doing a bit of exercise.

You should find someone to talk to. Don't hide behind a fake smile, deal with life. Life is incredibly complicated and people care about you. Imagine how those in your life would feel if you were gone.

Find a support group.

Well, we are all going to die someday...maybe you should start writing a book about what it's like to be you. Writing about your thoughts and feelings really does help, but the best part about writing it all down is reading them all later.
What do you think??
